  • Avoid chasing losses.
  • Only bet if you are sure you can cover your losses.
  • Always keep track of the time and monitor your spending.
  • If you wish to speak to someone regarding your betting, please contact one of the organizations listed below.

Do you have a problem?

Gambling under the age of 18 is illegal at BTV168. We take this issue very seriously. Betting Limits

At BTV168, we recognize the importance of effectively implementing betting limits to reduce problem gambling. Therefore, we offer a system that allows you to control how much you can spend on gambling. You can set your betting limits for sports or sportsbook games, and these can be adjusted at any time.

Simply select "Betting Limits" on your account settings page. Then enter your maximum Betting Limit amount and click "Update." Once you set a Betting Limit, you will receive an email notification requiring you to confirm your request before it takes effect. Please note that the amount you enter will be the maximum total bet you can place over a consecutive seven (7) day period.

To help you set the right limit, you might want to consider:

  • Deciding how much you are prepared to lose before you start gambling.
  • Noting how frequently you play.
  • Paying attention to how long you play each time.

Self-exclusion

For those who wish to restrict their gambling, we provide a self-exclusion facility that allows you to close your account for a minimum of six (6) months and up to five (5) years, depending on your request. Please contact our Customer Service Officers via the "Live Chat" feature on the site for more information.
