We strictly prohibit the use of any device, software, "bots," programs, or any other methods intended to create unfair bets or cause harm to our platform. In such cases, the account will be closed without prior notice, all winnings will be canceled, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.
A strict warning is issued to bonus hunters/ghost players/betting syndicates: such practices are not welcome here. If we detect any irregularities in your bet list, we reserve the right to close your account and confiscate all available credits.
We do not accept complaints regarding Void or Rejected bets, as these matters are outside our responsibility.
We do not accept registrations if you use an overseas IP address (Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Cambodia, China).
Withdrawals cannot be processed if the bank account information differs from the information in our database.
